Turn complex data into meaningful insights, forecasts, models and business cases that support better decision-making. 

Operations Research 

Apply advanced analytical, mathematical and optimisation techniques to complex operational and planning challenges. 

Industry and Customer Research 

Explore aviation trends, competitive dynamics and customer behaviour to inform strategy, products and customer-focused decisions. 

Strategic Consulting 

Contribute to high-priority projects through research, analysis and structured problem-solving across the Emirates Group. 

Artificial Intelligence 

Explore how advanced analytics, AI and emerging technologies can be applied to real business opportunities and challenges. 

Qualification

What We Are Looking For 

We are looking for high-potential UAE National graduates who are curious, analytical and genuinely motivated to build a career in this area and contribute to the future of aviation. 

You should enjoy asking thoughtful questions, exploring unfamiliar problems and turning evidence into practical recommendations. You will also need to be adaptable, committed and comfortable responding to changing business priorities. 

As the work can involve international exposure, you should also be willing and able to travel overseas when required. 

You Will Need 

• A Bachelor’s or Honours degree, 12+3 or equivalent, in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Air Transport Management, Airline Operations Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline 
• To be a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience 
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation and teamwork skills 
• Good business awareness and digital literacy

Internship, academic or project experience in analytics, strategy, planning, research or data-related fields would be an advantage. Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python would also be beneficial.
