Institutional Performance Management Specialist

1. Develop policies, methodologies and work systems in the field of corporate performance management.
2. Monitor the implementation of policies and methodologies in corporate performance management to achieve the best results.
3. Audit the monitoring of key performance indicators linked to the strategic plans and operational plans of the organisation’s units, and report achievement rates to the direct supervisor.
4. Audit the implementation of periodic procedures for measuring performance indicator results, targets and supporting evidence, in coordination with the relevant organisational units.
5. Audit improvement plans for the organisation’s units relating to addressing gaps and implementing improvement measures.
6. Conduct benchmarking of performance indicators against leading local and regional government departments and institutions, and prepare related studies.
7. Monitor progress in implementing the organisation’s strategic initiatives and projects; record actual results, compare them with approved plans, and prepare regular analytical reports every six months for review and discussion with the direct supervisor.
8. Follow up on the achievement of periodic objectives by the organisation’s units, compare them with the organisation’s approved plan and objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular analytical reports, such as quarterly and annual reports, for follow-up and discussion with the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
A Master’s, Bachelor’s or Diploma in Administrative Sciences or Quality, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Master’s degree: 3 years of experience in corporate performance management and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree: 5 years of experience in corporate performance management and strategic planning.
• Diploma: 11 years of experience in corporate performance management and strategic planning.
