SENIOR EXECUTIVE - NIP OPERATIONS

Job description

1. Customer Service Execution: Deliver professional, proactive customer support to NIP clients. Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues with immediate ownership, and provide clear operational guidance to minimize customer-side data errors.

3. High-Volume Transactional Processing: Execute and process daily transactions (such as visa issuances, document verifications, providing consultations to clients to achieve excellent results, providing solutions to management in case of any service challenges on the digital CX system, maintaining an output target of transactions per day 

4. Accuracy and Regulatory Compliance: Conduct strict verification of all incoming documents and transactions in compliance with NIP rules, federal guidelines, and corporate governance standards.

5. Discrepancy Identification & Audit Support: Identify, log, and resolve operational discrepancies or system errors promptly. Escalate unresolved issues to management and support continuous improvement audits.

6. Multi-Channel Communication: Manage official communication channels (including the CX System, GDRFA system, Dubai Trade, and internal emails) to provide timely, accurate, and fully traceable updates to customers and departments.

7. Daily Performance Tracking: Submit comprehensive end-of-day (EOD) updates to management summarizing completed files, pending tasks, and systemic issues to ensure operational transparency.

8. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing operational best practices, helping peers resolve complex issues, and actively participating in cross-functional process improvements.
