Dubai Media is looking for a Specialist – Business Excellence & Performance to join our Strategy & Governance team. In this role, you’ll help translate organizational priorities into clear objectives, measurable performance indicators, and actionable insights that support better decision-making across the organization.

You’ll work closely with different departments and leadership teams, helping connect strategy with day-to-day execution — while spotting opportunities to improve performance, manage risks, and make the way we work more effective.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and alignment of strategic objectives and initiatives across the organization.
• Work with departments to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning.
• Conduct SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and data analysis to provide meaningful business insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic maps, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Monitor strategic projects and initiatives, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities along the way.
• Track performance against agreed targets and prepare clear, insightful reports for leadership.
• Analyse performance gaps and recommend practical actions to improve results.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and strategic execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to review progress and drive accountability.

• Stay curious about industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in strategy, strategic planning, business performance, business excellence, or strategy business partnering is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and navigate multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving how organizations perform.
• Strategic Management certification is an advantage.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
