Job Purpose

• Execute leasing and investment activities for commercial assets through market analysis, contract administration, investor coordination, and system updates, ensuring optimal asset utilization, data accuracy, and compliance with the Authority’s investment and operational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

• Execute approved plans for the optimal utilization of commercial spaces and investment assets to raise utilization rates and support achievement of commercial and investment targets.

• Conduct market and feasibility studies for new investment opportunities, prepare analytical reports, and recommend suitable business models aligned with the Authority’s investment strategy.

• Study CMA-contracted companies’ applications or dispute coordination.

• Prepare financial valuations and pricing models for leasing and investment opportunities, including renewals and auctions, as per approved policies and schedules.

• Support the creation of new investment initiatives and service packages for the business sector in coordination with regulatory units and relevant departments.

Operations

• Prepare and process tender and contract documents for rental and investment of commercial spaces; coordinate with concerned authorities to ensure compliance with approved conditions and policies.

• Follow up on commercial performance and submitting periodic reports on results and corrective plans.

• Manage daily communication with potential investors to ensure readiness for participation in Authority tenders and investment opportunities.

• Evaluate technical bids for auctions, coordinate the signing and execution of investment contracts, and monitor their implementation in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Track contract performance, identify risks in non-performing contracts, and prepare reports with corrective action recommendations.

•  Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and implement promotional plans aimed at enhancing service sales to the business sector and ensuring proper delivery channels.

• Handle investor relationship activities by recording feedback, addressing challenges, and maintaining continuous engagement to enhance satisfaction and loyalty levels.

Product / Process Improvement

• Manage and periodically update the Unified Investment Platform, investor databases, and digital systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Follow up on investor qualification and classification processes through electronic systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Authority standards.

• Assist in maintaining and digitizing leasing records, historical documents, and contract amendments, ensuring all information is updated and easily retrievable.

• Prepare meeting minutes, follow-ups, and daily trackers for lease offers, investor communications, and contract progress to improve monitoring and reporting accuracy.

Physical Working Conditions

• Conduct and document periodic field visits to investment assets, verify asset readiness for investors, oversee delivery and handover processes, and follow up on corrective actions where necessary.

• Education Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance

• Experience 3+ years in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
