Monthly salary (AED): 20001-30000

Job field: Strategic Planning

1. Contribute to the development and update of strategic and operational plans and monitor their implementation.
2. Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
3. Develop and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, analyze performance results, and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Monitor strategic initiatives and projects, including progress, challenges, and associated risks.
5. Prepare periodic reports and institutional performance dashboards and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
6. Support the implementation of risk management, quality, and institutional excellence requirements, including gap assessments.
7. Review and develop institutional policies, processes, and procedures in line with requirements and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Quality and Institutional Excellence, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Institutional Performance, Quality, and Excellence.
