Supervisor- Service Providers

Job field: Sales and Customer Service

Operations:
• Monitor centers through surveillance cameras and raise observations.
• Prepare reports on health, safety, and environmental requirements at service centers.
• Follow up implementation of health and safety requirements and report compliance levels.
• Follow up with service providers to meet requirements for opening and operating licensing
centers.
• Prepare and follow the implementation of agreements with service providers in coordination
with internal authorities.
• Conduct field visits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective
measures.
• Ensure implementation of approved policies, circulars, and procedures by service providers
and act on violations.
• Coordinate approval of marketing and awareness campaigns to ensure information accuracy.
• Analyze and evaluate service provider performance and submit periodic reports.
• Receive grievances from service providers, verify documentation, follow procedures, and
submit cases to the Unified Grievance Committee.
• Support bidding activities for establishing new service provider centers with the concerned
departments.
Physical Working Conditions:
• Role requires daily field inspections and work within service provider centers and monitoring
facilities.

Requirments:

• High School / Diploma in business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in case of Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience post high school experience.
