About the role: Customer success and guest relations
Customer success, customer experience and guest relations professionals make sure customers get value and leave satisfied. In software and subscription businesses, customer success managers onboard clients and keep them renewing; in hospitality, healthcare and retail, guest relations staff look after visitors in person.
In the UAE, guest relations roles are common in hotels and resorts, theme parks, malls, airports and private hospitals, where a high level of service is part of the brand. Customer experience teams in airlines, telecoms, real estate developers and government entities measure satisfaction and redesign services, and technology companies and start-ups hire customer success managers for their B2B clients.
Employers look for warm, professional communication and the ability to handle demanding situations calmly. Arabic and other languages are frequently requested, and experience with CRM and customer feedback tools is useful for analytical roles.
